The head of coordination headquarters of cultural-artistic centers of Iran’s mosques says the wave of Quran desecration in some European countries cannot weaken the message and miracle of the Quran.
While any disrespect towards the Quran can cause distress,
the miracle of the Quran lies within its divine verses, Hojat-ol-Islam Kamaleddin Khodadadeh said on Tuesday on the sidelines
of his visit to the 31st International Holy Quran Fair.
“As more people around the world read the Quran, the number
of individuals drawn to its divine verses grows; Those who attempt to desecrate
the Quran may believe they are weakening its influence, but in reality, they are
only amplifying its strength.”
Elsewhere, he said that the Quran exhibition can foster
enriching experiences in the realm of Quranic studies. “This is because it
provides a platform for Quranic institutions to showcase their work, and it
also allows the Quranic community to engage in a Quranic event.”
The more such Quranic events take place, the more
opportunities there are for children and teenagers to be engaged and
enlightened, he said.
The 31st International Holy Quran Fair opened its doors at
Tehran's Imam Khomeini Mosalla on March 20, welcoming visitors to a spiritual
and cultural journey that coincides with the Nowruz holidays.
The exhibition, which will run until April 2, invites
enthusiasts to explore its offerings daily from 5:00 PM to 00:30 AM local time.
A key highlight of the exhibition is its family-friendly
atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming space for all ages.
Additionally, the fair has arranged for Iftar tables to be
set up, providing a communal space for visitors to break their fast.
The fair features various Quranic institutions and
governmental bodies, as well as international participants from 25 countries.
The also highlights the issues of Gaza and Palestine and the role of the Quran
in inspiring resistance.
The fair aims to familiarize people with Quranic concepts
through artistic, cultural, and theatrical mediums, especially for children and
teenagers. It also offers sections on artificial intelligence, Nahj
al-Balaghah, Quranic research and consultation, Quran translation, and easy
Quran memorization.
