Reza Rostami, the head of the media center of Iran’s seminaries, spoke on the sidelines of the 31st International Holy Quran Fair, emphasizing the transformative power of the Quran and the need to use modern media tools to disseminate the divine message.
Rostami highlighted the Quran’s role as a “healing balm for
the human spirit,” stating that even a simple act of gazing upon the Quran can
bring enlightenment and blessings. He stressed the importance of adhering to
Quranic teachings to address societal issues and challenges.
The holy month of Ramadan, according to Rostami, provides an
invaluable opportunity to disseminate Quranic teachings and promote a
Quran-centric lifestyle, especially among the younger generation.
Rostami said his center is committed to elucidating Quranic
teachings to society, particularly the youth. They aim to maximize the
potential of the Quran exhibition in this endeavor, with the assistance of
other departments.
Rostami noted the unique challenges and opportunities
presented by the new generation, who are not only informed and knowledgeable
but also significantly influenced by the media they engage with. He emphasized
the importance of recognizing this generation’s active participation in the
digital world.
Despite the potential use of louder media tools by
adversaries, Rostami expressed confidence in the success of their mission if
they employ media tools in harmony with the sacred objectives of the Quran,
with the right intention to propagate religious and Quranic teachings.
The 31st International Holy Quran Fair, which opened its

its offerings daily from 5:00 PM to 00:30 AM local time.
The fair, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, features
various Quranic institutions and governmental bodies, as well as international
participants from 25 countries. It highlights the issues of Gaza and Palestine
and the role of the Quran in inspiring resistance.
The fair aims to familiarize people with Quranic concepts
through artistic, cultural, and theatrical mediums, especially for children and
teenagers. It also offers sections on artificial intelligence, Nahj
al-Balaghah, Quranic research and consultation, Quran translation, and easy
Quran memorization.
