The 31st International Holy Quran Fair is set to open its doors on the afternoon of March 20. The inauguration ceremony will be presided over by the Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance at Tehran’s Mosalla, starting at 5 PM local time.
Spanning from March 20 to April 2, the fair will host a diverse array of Quranic institutions, governmental entities, and international delegates from 25 countries. A special focus will be placed on the issues of Gaza and Palestine, underscoring the Quran's influence on fostering resilience.
Designed to engage attendees of all ages, the fair will offer a variety of programs aimed at educating children and teenagers about Quranic teachings through art, culture, and theater. Additionally, the fair will introduce sections dedicated to artificial intelligence, Nahj al-Balaghah, Quranic research and consultation, translations, and techniques for easy memorization of the Quran.
In line with the spirit of Ramadan, the fair will provide simple iftar meals to visiting families and feature exhibitions of Iranian and Islamic attire.
This year's fair is themed "I read you," highlighting the significance of engaging with the Quran.
