Niger Hosts the Biggest Islamic university in Africa
Niger's Minister of Culture said: Niger has the biggest Islamic university in Africa. That's why we do a lot of activities in promoting culture. I am sure that communication with the Islamic Republic will be effective for promoting Islamic culture.
Tehran: Internationl Holy Quarn Fair; the opening ceremony of the international section of the 30th International Holy Quran Fair was held in the presence of Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Hujjat al-Islam Imanipour, the head of the Organization of Islamic Culture and Communications, and a group of ministers and officials from foreign countries in the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla.
The Minister of Culture of Niger said in this ceremony: I have come to Iran in the holy month of Ramadan on the occasion of this cultural gathering from the country of Niger. First of all, I need to thank the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran to invite Niger, and this event will strengthen the relations between the two countries in the future.
He added: We honor this event and I am happy to be present at this meeting. We came here to promote Islamic culture and religious education. Niger is a country in West Africa where 95% of its people are Muslims and Islam has entered this country for more than two centuries, that is why Islamic culture has a lot of demand in our country and we are also proud of this culture.

The 30th edition of the International Holy Quran Fair will be held from April 1 to 15 with the slogan "I call you" in the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla in Tehran. Visiting time of this fair will be from 17:00 to 24:00.
